the soundproofing was inadequate! i could clearly hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway.

i found the staff to be very helpful and kind. taimoor at the reception was especially cooperative and guiding. i stayed in a female dormitory room with fresh linens and towels. the location is fantastic as it is just a minute away from the metro station!
i noticed there was no power outlet or personal light next to the bed. it was also pretty loud because of the proximity to the s-bahn station. i kept the window wide open to deal with the heat, but it didn't help so much.

The room was organized and clean with good arrangements! fresh linens and towels were provided, so i didn't have to worry about a thing. It was quite a relief after a long journey. everything was in order!!!

The hotel has an excellent location near the railway station. It is only one stop from the main station. i was allowed to stay in the common room after i checked out. the location is wonderful. i appreciated the proximity to transportation options.
Check-in took a considerable amount of time because of limited staff at reception. our allocated room had not been properly cleaned. The bins were not empty, and the bed linen had not been changed. i reported this to reception. i was given a different room later.

the hotel's location was a big plus for me. it is very close to both the s-bahn and tram lines (just steps away, i think). i found it easy to get around the city because of this. i also appreciated the option to store my luggage before check-in.
the kitchen area was quite small, a bit difficult to use when more than a couple of people were there.
